by Nameless=), May 22, 2007 12:00AM
Im embarrased once again but heres one more question, i have bad underarm odor, ive tried everything that there is to try out there and nothing is working for me, deodordants dont work for me and during the morning when i am getting ready i smell normal but as the day progresses the smell just comes around, whether i wear a shirt with sleeves or not. I just wanted to know what is wrong with me or if i have a change in pH or something because its embarrasing to live with and i hate this. But i hope you can help me thanks.

Sometimes this happens to me too. I have changed deodorant a couple of times. I would love to hear peoples comments.

id talk to your dr. sometimes overly sweating can be an indication of a health problem. i have severe sweating too. my sis as well. the stinky family lol. there are prescription antipersperants that you can use, it caused your pits to burn and itch though. you can get botox injections that last for several months that block the sweat glands (i think that is how they work). kinda costly though. i found Mitchem for women deod. that seems to work better. i keep deod. at work sometimes in my purse, and use frequently. drink lots of water too. other than that, some of us just sweat more than others!!

My best friend has a lot of issues with sweating, it will get really bad.
She went to see her doctor, and they did many different things to reduce the sweat glands, and reduce scent.

Best suggestion, is if it really bothers you, give your doctor a call.

I had a friend who had the same problem, she was told to use a product called DRYSOL. It worked wonders, you can just ask the pharmacist and buy it over the counter.

the condition the women are referring to is  hyperhydrosis. you should google it and alot will come up. drysol is an option, but for some women it can be harsh causing underarm irritation. your dermatologist or general practitioner can also prescribe a mixture for you that is highly effective and less painful.
