Uneven Breasts

i am 23 years of age. and my breasts have suddenly become rather uneneven. they have never been uneven before. i have recently lost weight. and at the moment have my period. im concerned that they will be like this forever. can you help me?

usually one breast is slightly larger or uneven than the other. its much like our feet. one is slightly larger than the other. is it that noticable?? i have one that is a bit different in size but ya really have to inspect to notice.

Almost all women will have a breast larger than the other. I used to find that the left side used to be the big one when I did mammography. Personally, my left breast is half to a cup size larger than the right side. This quite obvious to me, as a have small breasts to begin with. My husbamd swears he can't tell though.
With the weight loss, you likely also lost weight in your breasts, making it easier to spot. That being said, please do a self breast exam each month!

I have one smaller then the other.. never noticed it that much till i lost weight.  Hope that helps.

soundwaves: Self breast exams are VERY VERY iimportant.. It is nice to see someone give that advise.  So you know I am 31 and have been doing self breast exams since I was 18. Every month the day after my period ends with out fail!!!! :-) keep up the awareness

Have any of you who have uneven breast tried taking any type of medication like herbs to fix the problem.  Do they work or are they a waste of time, effort, and money?

I am 25 and just noticed the same issue. My right breast is a now nearly a cup size larger than the other. On some other web sites I have heard this is a predictor of breast cancer. Has anyone else hear the same? This scares me since I don't have insurance to discuss it with a doctor.

I have noticed a sudden change in size of my breast my left  breast is smaller than right one , few cms differance . Is this common and normal or scare of some risk . Please give your comments .
