Unprofessional Exam

I am 40 and have had many exams
Last exam male dr had fingers inside me for over 3 mins and called me sweetie and told me to take it easy.
He kept sliding fingers part way out and then back in. Was this wrong?

Whenever I had a male doctor giving me a pelvic exam there has always been a female nurse in the room?  Was there a nurse in the room also?

Yes it was wrong, or at least stupid, especially calling you 'sweetie'  in this day of sexual harassment claims.  It's all in the tone -- fatherly or sleazy?  If the latter, I'd move to a different doc and maybe even write a letter to the licensing board.  Would not exaggerate anything, but say what happened and that it made you feel uncomfortable.  That way there is a record, if he's doing this to anyone else and gets a complaint.

I responded to your question previously about the dr appt. However, your story has changed quite a bit. Is this another exam or another dr?
