Unresolved vaginal infection after over a year

It has been over a year since the first time my symptoms started. Been to many doctors, all tested for STDs with negative results. My last pap that was done a month ago showed nothing abnormal. Did endometrial biopsy over a week ago and still waiting for the results however eversince that, I started to have a very sharp abdominal pain which feels like a very bad menstrual cramping, pain in my stomach area and a fever that comes and goes. I am totally depressed to the point where I cannot see myself wanting to live anymore. I know it sounds absurd but this is how I feel. If you know anyone that would be able to help diagnose ( I am willing to travel the distance) or have any other suggestions, please let me know.

Hello there,
Thank you for your information. I am not getting better and was just diagnosed with a kidney stone. Still on. Pain killer meds and the stone does not wanna leave. It has been 5 days since my first attack. Biopsy came back negative which really puts me at even more misery because the pain in my ovaries unables me to walk. When I walk , they hurt. Also I have this vaginal discharge since over a year that is of yellowish/greenish color and no smell. Occasional burning . The same discharge was tested god knows how many times for chlamydia gonorrhea, trichomonas bv, yeast, syphylis and nothing ever comes back. I know deep down inside that my ovarian pain is due to this discharge that has some sort of bacteria that non of the standard tests detect. Any other ideas?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The cause of pelvic pain could be due to kidney stones, pelvic infections, urine infections, twisted ovarian cyst or rupture of ovarian cyst, appendicitis or any other referred pain due to other organ infections.

You should get it evaluated from a gynecologist. Pelvic inflammatory disease causing infection should be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
