Urinary issues, issues conceiving, bicornate uterus, ADD, vitiligo

I have quite a few issues that are getting in the way of life. Firstly, I should state that I'm 23. Some of these issues I've dealt with awhile, while some are new.
Since fifth grade I have had severe urinary pain that comes and goes, but is constantly recurring. When I was 19, I was told by a GYN that I had a uterus didelphys. At 21, I was told that it was bicornate. I've never had regular periods, even though I've tried several birth controls. There were about 5 years where I did not take oral contraceptives, during which time I never conceived (I did not use other forms of protection either). I have constant bloating and pelvic pain. Recently I noticed lumps near my cervix as well. I'm tired of it!
Next, about four years ago I noticed a first spot of vitiligo on my neck. It has since grown to my upper back, left arm, and chest. I have also noticed hair loss and thinning since then. Im constantly fatigued, nauseous.
Lastly, I've recently been diagnosed with severe adult  ADD. I'm in the experimental stage of finding the correct MG dosage of adderall. I've noticed the usual loss of appetite, but also frequent constipation followed by diarrhea and MORE urinary pain. Constipation caused hemorrhoids (first time I've experienced those).
On top of all of this, 2 weeks ago I had an eye infection for the first time in my life! What is going on? Is my immune system being attacked? Are any of these things related?
All of this is causing a lot of anxiety.

Wow its creepy how much I can relate cause have same problems. Kidney & urinary tract infections all my life to point of bein hospitalized several times & always had to stay 5-7 days. They say I have a bulging bladder & hav to take antibiotics everytime hav sex & since trying 2 hav baby that was everyday. 2011 was diagnosed with bicornuate uterus. On top of that I have cysts on ovaries & 1 is bigger then the other. Been goin to gyno cuz had abnormal pap due to having high risk precancerous cells/tissue. My periods so out of wack that hav them 3 times in 1 month! Been really hard on me cuz all I want in life is a baby. Just don't understand my sister fertile mertile & rather do drugs than b mother so lost both kids & I'm over here wanting 2 b mother so bad it hurts. Fertility costs are ridiculous of course my insurance don't cover fert. Im losing hope more&more everyday it's put a strain on our marriage, making my depression go in overdrive. Im bout 2 be 30 & been praying 4 child since prob 18. Makes me sick when I see all these young girls getting preg at 16. Wish husband understood how much it affects me everyday & feel my pain then maybe he would get off my butt & realize that's why I am being this way but he'll never get it:(

Do you have a good doctor, or several good doctors?  I'd try to find a diagnostician who can refer you for things like your odd periods.  A bicornuate or septate uterus is not enough to give you irregular periods, I had a septum (until I had it removed) and always had periods.  Anyway, see if you can find a good doc, and make a list, and begin knocking things down one at a time.  You might have an immune system problem or it might be that one thing opens you to another.  See a good doctor and keep looking if the ones you have seen have not helped.
