Two cystic areas are noted posteriorly, measuring 0.47cm 0.40cm 0.45cm 0.33cm in size. Cystic lesion within the endometrium versus mayo metrical cyst in the junctional zone would be a consideration.in the correct clinical settings of endometriosis, this may represent adenomyosis. Correlate clinically. Hypos hoc lesion posterior to the endometrium noted. Measuring 2.25cm 1.56cm in size is somewhat ill defined and is suggestive of a su mucosal myoma and is larger than the prior exam. The right ovary measures 4.95cm 3.87cm 3.82cm in size cyst with low levels of internal echoes right ovary 3.32cm 3.37cm in size noted. The left ovary is 3.16cm 1.90cm 2.73cm in size with multiple small follicular cysts. Free fluid in the cul de sac and adjacent to the right ovary is noted. Nabothian cyst noted in the endocervix.
