I'm sort of shocked that your husband would want a child so badly that he shows such little concern for your health. You would need a C/Section for delivery if you have had a previous myomectomy. A fibroid in the location you describe, together with your history of removal attempts through the cervix, would make you at very high risk for preterm labor and delivery. Chances are also good that the hormones associated with pregnancy may encourage the fibroid to grow--this can be extremely painful.
It's time for a frank discussion for you AND your husband together--with the doctor. Maybe if he is there to hear it from someone outside the relationship, he will have a more realistic view of what may happen. A baby is a wonderful thing, and a blessing. But a future pregnancy would not be without substantial risk to you and the baby.
It's my opinion only; you have to do what YOU think is right. No one can tell you "what to do"--the decision has to be reached by both of you.
I have a fibroid now that showed up during pregnancy...(my son is 10 months) . I had to go to the ER due to the stalk twisiting- It was the worse pain I have ever experienced. It is the type of fibroid that is outside the uterus on a stalk. As I got bigger during my pregnancy it just had no room so it got twisted. I know have to go to the drs because I am having some mild cramping and it hurts when I have intercourse.

Good luck with the situation.
