Vagianl burning and Itching

For the last past two days I've been experiencing itching and burning sensations in the vaginal region. It also occurs when I urinate. I've tried vagisil which usually works but this time it made the itching and burning worse. I don't have an odor but my discharge is kind of a thick off white color. Im not able to see the doctor until next week. What can I do until then.

I have been dealing with severe burning of the Labia ...It began in August 2009.  It is now October 2010 and no relief
I have seen General Practioners, Gynecologist,Dermatologist and a Uro Gynecologist.
All meds so far have not helped.  Some even made it worse.
Compounded ABG with lidocaine. Protopic RX, oral Amitriptilyn, Doxepin, Ketoconazole, estrogen ointment, testosterone ointment, estrogen oral.   The only thing that helps is cold packs and pain medication.
The last diagnosis was Vulvadynia, but as I read more about it,
my pain is not in the Vulva Vestibule.  It is all external on the liabial lips..Am I going to have to tolerate this burning the rest of my life? I am 83 yrs. old.  The Drs. tell me there is a broad spectrum of ages.

try besides the cream the actual suppostory that goes inside you, this should help ,, also with some women me included alot of yeast can be caused by eating bread, foods that have yeast in them will also cause  yeast infections,, so i know for myself i have to watch what i eat as to how much yeast products i eat.. makes a big difference.. but its best to see a doctor just to be on the safe side..
