Vaginal itch during period

Every month during my period, I develop labial itching.  I change pads every few hours and do not use tampons. The itch subsides within two days of the end of my period. There is no unusual or foul-smelling discharge. This has been going on for the last four menstrual cycles. My GYN has found nothing wrong.

Anyone else suffering from this? Any suggestions for relief?  thanks!

I get that too.  It may also be caused by an increase in yeast during your period.

i know this sounds really weird but when the flow of blood comes out during your period, it kinds of sends movement or can "tickle" causing an itch. this happens to me esp. at night while lying down and i can feel the flow coming out. it does itch.
other than that, sometimes the blood against your skin can irritate causing it to itch. sometimes this also happens to me but in the anal area when i wipe. i would not be concerned at all about it.
