I had my period on 9th December and it ended on the 14th. Today after doing heavy exercise, I had some spotting and lower back pain and pain around the hips area. They type of heavy exercise I'm doing is running daily in preparation for marathon. Currently I'm running 4km at a considerable speed below 30 minutes. Anyone care to shed some insight? Just to add, I have been tested for major stds all negative. Thank You. :)
