hrm, honestly the only time i smell like tuna is when i get bacterial vaginosis. some women are just prone to it. its not an std but yet women who are inactive dont get it, my dr says its more like a sex induced yeast infection, sort of. lol. but i would see your doctor and mention this, there are special antibiotics that you can take orally or vaginally, you'll be fresh and fancy free in about a week! good luck hun, hope this helps
