Vaginal Fissure

Hi, I have been having a problem with one fissure in the same spot over the past few years but lately seems to be worse, I am assuming its only occurring from dryness cause I only get it after sex but I was wondering if there could another cause for it. I am 30 years old however, I first noticed it about 8 years ago. Its like a papercut and its on the inside of the labia, I am wondering if there is any cream that can help it or if there is nothing really I can do. Its quit painful. Thank you
