Vaginal Milky Discharge

Hi Dear,

I have a sympole question to ask, hope to find answer at ur side. When i m sexually aroused i used to get water colour vaginal discharge. Now I notice that it is a milky discharge but not smelly and have the same taste.

Is it natural to have milky discharge when aroused even though I used to have it watery discharge or could it be sthg bad?

Pls advise.

Thank you & B. Regards.

I wouldn't worry about that unless there is an odour to it or the amount changes significantly.
I've been reading so much about types of discharge of late (due to my own symptoms) that milky discharge with no odour does not ring any alarm bells and is classed as normal.
I think it'll be due to normal hormonal changes in your body.

No I wasn't tested for std's because of that symptom.
I'm currently being tested for allsorts.
My periods are heavy and longer than normal. Intercourse is painful. Heavy discharge. Pelvic pain. I've had an ultrasound, all clear, std and bacterial tests, all clear, my pap smear is clear. My gyn noticed my cervix was red and inflamed, she's doing a colposcopy soon to investigate the cause. I've been searching the internet to find a reason for my symptoms.

Your doctor tested you for STD's based on that "symptom?"  I'm surprised because milky discharge (or it may have been egg white cervical mucous) indicates that you are about to ovulate.  It's the most sperm friendly cervical mucous and the most fertile mucous in order to become pregnant.

Mine is milky and I've recently been tested for std's which have all come back clear.
I think it may depend on where you are in your menstrual cycle.
Hope this helps!
