Vaginal Pain

I recently had a cold and was taking Amoxicillan. Now my vagina hurts and it feels like my vag is having hot flashes, like I can physically feel it getting hot. Could it be a yeast infection?

Hi,
It might be a yeast infection; if this continues to cause you discomfort, or if any of the symptoms worsen, go get checked out by a doctor soon. Typically, a yeast infection will cause an itchy, burning sensation accompanied by irritation/pain and swelling in & around the vagina/vulva. Another sign can often be a thick or watery discharge, usually odorless. Your best bet would be to have it diagnosed by a doctor.
