Vaginal Ulcer?

Last weekend, I went hot tubbing with a couple friends. On Monday, I started experiencing bladder infection/UTI symptoms-mainly pain NOT BURNING when I pee. On Tuesday, I noticed a bump right near my vaginal opening. I looked at it and its not really a bump, its kind of an ulcer. It almost has an indented white-ish center and the surrounding area is pink. I also noticed that it is kind of dimpled in the center. It is not oozing or bleeding, it hasn't started to crust or scab, its been the same for the last couple days.
It isn't painful unless i touch it, and I've had no itching or burning/stinging sensations when I pee. Any idea on what it could be? I don't think its herpes, as I've been in a monogamous (atleast to my knowledge :/ ) marriage for 5 years. Also, I think it's important to mention that I have had weird bumps on my inner thighs for a few years or so. When I get them, they first form firm bumps that then swell and get inflamed, until they become very tender to the touch and have a whitish looking center. I haven't noticed the indentation (as much) with these bumps though.

I didn't know if I was allowed to post a picture of it, but if allowed, I will post one ASAP.

Hmmm...Well, I'm pretty sure its the Skene's, seeing as the spot I'm talking about is very close to my vaginal opening. Its definitely possible that it could be a Bartholin's abscess. Even though the pics I seen show abscess and cysts a lot bigger than mine, the way it looks seems to fit and so do the symptoms, including a mild fever that I didn't know I had.  I'm sure it couldn't hurt to try soaking in a bath to see if it will open up. Thanks :)

I'll be sure to let everyone know how it progresses, if anyone else has any ideas, please let me know.

Cysts come in two main types: Bartholin's and Skene's. They're glands that can get infected. Look them up to see if either matches your condition.

Well, I don't know about sensitive tissues, but yes I have sensitive skin. I've never had anything like this before. Is there any way for me to tell if it's a cyst?
