Vaginal acne on inner labia

I have had small pimple like bumps on my inner labia and tried squeezing them to pop them but  one just got larger (probably infected now) what should I do?  I don't think they are genital warts as they are smooth to the touch and not cauliflower like.  Also they do not ooze and they are not painful (except the one I squeezed which now hurts when I touch it) so I don't think they are herpes. I am 52 years old and have been celibate for over 6 years (even masturbation has all but ceased) so I don't think it's an std but I am scared.  What can it be?

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cysts or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
