Vaginal cut

So my boyfriend was fingering me and his finger nail had cut me between my labia Minora and labia majora and there was blood everywhere but after the bleeding stopped I noticed there was a for lack of a better word flap of skin still attached  I left it alone and now 3 days later there's still a small "flap" still attached and I was wondering is it gonna stay there? Fall off?

It may be an extension of normal skin . If it doesn't hurt you or cause any problem to you , so leave it as it is ,.
