Vaginal discomfort

It's been around a week now that I have been having some itchyness and swelling on my labia minora and majora. There's swelling only on one side and the labium area closest to my anus is quite sore. I have been using this "Vagisil anti-itch creme" that i bought at a pharmacy, it helps me for a while but the itching soon comes back. I don't know how I got this infection as I'm still a virgin! What can it be and what should I do?? Thanx in advance.

I've been having some itchness in my labium minora and from itching it has caused me to bleed a bit. When the itchness goes away i feel that my vagina is really warm. I dont use and kind of sprays or detergents of any kind. I might have used vaseline during sexual intercourse.
