Vaginal lump

by Tarquinsmum, Jun 18, 2007 12:00AM
I noticed a lower lateral vaginal  lump 3 months ago which is gradually becoming bigger, and although not painful is uncomfortable. It is very dark blue and now about the size and consistency of a black grape. I have a gynae appt ,but there is a 6 week waiting list.I can't find anything online that might explain it. I have not been sexually active for 3 years,I am perimenopausal and aged 51 . Any clues ?
