Vaginal lump

Hi,
Recently I noticed a lump down on one of the lips of my vagina.  It's sore and moves slightly.  This is not the first time this has happened.  Usually these lumps last only a few days and then they burst, like an acne pimple.  I find it disgusting and am too embarrased to ask anyone.  I am a very clean person, shower everyday and make sure that I get all the"nooks and crannies".  I don't know why I get these.  I gotten maybe 3 in the past year.  Can anyone help me?

Could be bartholin's cyst. No reason for them happening (so my doctor told me) and they're very common in women in their 20's. A doctor can lance it, but they usually recommend warm baths to start. Luckily, it's not serious!
