Vertigo, Fever, Fatigue

I have been suffering from Vertigo, fevers and fatigue for 2+ months.  The symptoms are frequent, 4 plus times a week.  I've had to leave work because of my inability to focus due to the vertigo and fever.  The fever is normally 99 or 100 but is high for me as I normally run about 97.6.  The vertigo and fever seem to go hand in hand along with the fatigue.

I've had extensive blood work, MRI's and CAT Scans done.  All of which come up negative for any ailments. Meneire's Disease has been ruled out by an ENT and Audiologist.

I've seen a General Prac., Neurologist, Ear Nose and Throat and an Audiologist.  No one has been able to assist or point me in the right direction.  They've prescribed Meclizine for the Vertigo attacks but that only knocks me out for entire day.

I'm seeing an General Practioner next week that focuses on Accupuncture Medicine, Enviromental Medicine and Nutritional Medicine as an alternate.

Can anyone point in me the right direction?

Has anyone checked you for mononuceleous (?) or for fibromylgia?
Have you had a GYN check you out for a hormone imbalance?
These are the only things I can think of.  Good luck!

I had this also a couple of months ago.  The doctors finally found I had a sinus infection that led to an inner ear infection.  Hence giving me a fever from the first infection & vertigo from the inner ear infection.  I got antibiotics for the sinus infection & meclazine for the vertigo.  Plus they sent me to physical therapy.  There are exercises that can be done to get rid of the vertigo associated with inner ear infection.    Finally after about 2 weeks of doing the exercises & sleeping upright the vertigo was completely gone!  What a relief!  Here is a link that explains what I've been talking about & also has the exercises on it that can be done.  Hope this helps & good luck!  I know how you feel!
