When I have sex, it hurts but in certain postions it doesnt hurt as much, there is also a bad smell coming from inside, and white discharge. Does anyone know whats wrong with me? Is that the only thing it can be? How do I get it to go away? Is my only option to go to the doctors, or is there something I can take over the counter?

It sounds like an infection. It could possible be Bacterial Vaginosis, which causes a fishy odor.
