Viginal bleeding a week after menstruation

I am 32 years old, for the past three months i have been getting bleeding (small clotting) for a day from my vigin exactly a week after my menstraution has stopped. first time i had this i went to my doctor. he examined me and told me he did not find anything unusual/wrong with me. so the same thing happened again the following two months.

first i thought may be i was stressed because i was going away on studies, second month i thought it could be because of the change in weather (now i live in Holland, which is cold than my country of origin), then it happen again last month. and i am puzzled and worried. during the past 4 years i never had unsafe sex. what could be the caused of this?

I may be incorrect because you mention clotting, but a small amount of spotting can sometimes occur during ovulation...

Did your doctor test your hormone levels? Sometimes hormonal imbalances can cause mid-cycle bleeding. This cannot be determined by a physical examine - your doctor would need to perform blood tests.

what if yu are bleeding after yur  perioded and its dark and and a lot but yu  dont feel like there somthing wrong.

i had menstration 2 weeks ago, after 1 1/2 year of no periods, In may 2011 my GP told me that Im stressed and that my diabetis gto something to do with it, went for cervical test in april and it came back normal.

Its been 11 days and i still bleed, like watery but not heavy anymore compare to the first 3 days..I wonder does it got something to do with my hormonal imbalances when I was 19 years old.

pls help.I am 40 yrs old now...could it be im approaching menopause?
