Viginal warts/ infection??

I have brown to skin coloured wart looking skin growths, that variey from half a centre metre to smaller than a grain of sand on one side of my outer labia. Some are attached to each other and some are on their own, they are not ichy but i do get a fairly smelly vagina. I have never been involved in any sexual activity so i am unsure what this is, how i got it and how to treat it. Can anyone help?
