MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Ulcers on the vagina can be due to local irritation or reaction to tampons etc. They can also be due to infection or as a result of STD’s. Because of the itchiness the possibility of a fungal infection is there. Hence washes and application of anti-microbial creams will help. For the back pain, it is necessary to rule out pelvic infection. Also you can take pain-killers like ibuprofen for the same. Consult your gynaecologist for a detailed evaluation.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
