I am in my mid fifties and have some anxiety issues that are not extremely serious. My Dr suggested that i take a multi vitamin, Vitamin C, Calcium supplement and a B Complex supplement. I also take a very small dose of Klonopin (1 mg daily) and 25 mg of Toprol XL. What is the difference between taking the B complex ( it smells so strong) and just a B12 vitamin? i was taking a B 12 (which does not have a strong odor) but my doctor told me i needed to be on the B Complex... so what is the difference.. if any? thank you
