Want to have a baby please help?????/

My wife and I are trying to have a baby and I was wondering If me only having one testicle could be stopping us.We have children already but I had both testicles when they were concieved. My Dr. didnt do a sperm test after my surgery because at the time we didn't think that we would want any more babies.I dont want to go to the Dr because I want this to happen naturally on its own.I really just want to know If having only one healthy testical could ruin our chances?I am only looking for some opinions.

My dad only has one testicle and he had me and my two sisters.
If you think there might be a problem then it wouldn't hurt to get your sperm tested to be sure.
Good luck!
