When I was pg. my doc wanted me to take a supplement along with drinking milk. Calcium is very important and most of us don't get nearly enough of it. I would check, because I am thinking theyw ant you to take a supplement. THey have chewable choclate calcium tabs at the store that are okay (as far as taste) but what I took.

Is your total calcium intake supposed to be 1200 mg, or was he saying you need to take 1200 mg (via vitamin) everyday?
