Wart-looking growths, formed in the skin between anus and vagina.

I am 30 years old, female and the last couple of years i am diagnosed ( from medical inspection) only, with HPV. I used to have some flaky rushes on the neck wich eventually dissapeared. Lots of weeks now i felt little lumps growing in the area between my anus and vagina. Tonight i dared to take a photo and by comparing to wart photos on the internet look pretty much the same. Spiky kinda, flesh coloured lumps in one small area. My Pap test was always clean and my sexual contacts very rare, as of my several types of phobias. Since they have no other symptoms and are not itchy or painful what should i do? And what if its not another manifestation if HPV but something else? Thank you.

I have read that there are over 100 strains of HPV!  Crazy!!  Honestly, it is too hard to guess at this.  You should see your doctor.  HPV can have complications as you are surely aware.  See your doctor and let us know what they say!!
