Weird growths on labia minora: warts or scratch?

I had received unprotected 26 days ago from a guy who's sexual history I don't know.

I've been really paranoid about different std's all month. I had what was probably an ingrown hair that tested negative for herpes and then loads of itching (the itching was everywhere, around my labia majora and minora) and foul odor (my period also lasted 3 weeks, I changed birth control and I'm pretty sure that's what caused it). I tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea as well.

Most of the itching went away on it's own, but I was still really paranoid and checked my vulva several times a day for any sort of bump. In the process I'm pretty sure I scratched my labia minora with my nails when pulling them apart. Yesterday I went on a bike ride wearing tight shorts that bunched up between my vulva and the hard seat. I've been in a lot of pain since then. This is normal for me, I often get chaffing down there after bike rides.

Yesterday after my bike ride I examined myself for bumps again and noticed a group of dangling growths on the inside of my labia minora near where I scratched. The growths themselves don't hurt, but the skin around them feels very raw and irritated. I still itch and throb a lot.

The growths look like genital warts, but is it possible that they could be skin hanging down from where I scratched myself? I've been ridiculously paranoid for weeks and I feel like I'm going crazy.
