Weird symptoms?

by sparkypuss, Apr 20, 2006 12:00AM
My DH and I have been ttc for about 5 months now. My AF is due in two days. For the last week or so I have noticed a weird pulling sensation about 3 inches from my belly button, I have also being peeing quite alot and my bbs are a bit sore. Yesterday I had mild AF cramps but they have gone for now. I will take a HPT if my AF does not come but not before as they are so expensive. Can anyone tell me if these symptoms are normal of being PG especially the pulling sensation as I've never had that before.

I'm not sure about the pulling sensation.  I've never heard of that.  All I can tell you is that AF and early pregnancy symptoms are pretty much the same.  It took DH & I 8 months to conceive.  Out of those 8 months, there were 2 times where I was certain that I was pregnant b/c of unusual symptoms.  Well, I still got AF right on time.  The cycle that I actually conceived I didn't have any symptoms, it was my raised temps that clued me in.  You just never know.  As hard as it is, you just to have to wait it out.  I hope you're getting your BFP soon!  Good luck!

I am 5 wks, 2days pregnant and even now I have that pulling sensation down in the belly region.  It is from the growing uterus.  I had that from the beginning and a crampy/backache feeling like af was coming.  I also have had a c-section prior with my DS so that preg might have agravated the sore tummy even more.  So there is definately a chance you may be pregnant.  Wait until you miss your af until testing since those things are very expensive.  Try to be patient and good luck!  Let us know what happens.

When DH and I were TTC my periods were very unregular after getting of BCP in Aug 05 and from prevously beeing on Depo in 2004. So when I was given Provera in Dec 05 and then again in Jan 06, I didnt think anything when AF hadnt come at the end of Feb.  But a week after AF should have come I started having cramps really bad, a pulling feeling under my belly button. I just thought AF was coming soon and it was going to be bad. After a couple days I tested and got a BFP.  Hopefully you will get your BFP soon. Keep us posted and best of luck!!
