Weird vaginal rash (not sexually active)

I've had a rash on my vagina for around a week now and it looks like small scabs it's everywhere down there. Not inside just on the skin and where there is hair. It's been itching like crazy mostly at night. It is red and has like a white tinge to it kind of like a popped blister ?? They kind of started out like pimples then turned into the scab forms. I'm not sexually active as I am quite young and I don't want to go to the doctors as I am only 13 I've told my mom but she didn't want to look. It's not getting better and I'm worried on what it might be ! Somebody help!! I may have to go to the doctors if it gets out of hand.

If you've started your cycle I would say maybe it's the type of pad your using that's causing a rash. Or maybe the type of detergent. If I were you I'd go get it check ASAP
