What could be wrong with me?

Hey, I am having some cramping on my lower abdomen on the right side. I thought I could have been pregnant but not anymore more I had a period on 14th of this month. I don't know what could be wrong I never get cramps a couple days after a period stops. Could I have something wrong with my reproductive organs or what?

It is the front and the back. I know it is an infection I just think that it is an infection that travelled from the skene glands all the way to the kidney. Thanks for your info.

I dont know what skenitis is??  As far as the Urethra goes, that was part of my body that was infected.  I was put on IV antibiotics in the hospital, then sent home with two more weeks worth.  i am still taking them actually.  I still have some small pain in my side, but my doctor says that my kidney might still be a little inflamed which is causing some minor pain.  Maybe you should get another opinion cause it doesnt seem that your doctor painted a clear picture for you of what might be going on in your body??  also, if your kidney, urethra, urinary tract, etc..., is involved in your infection than you need to see a urologist.  but if you are having a lot of pain, i say skip the urologist and go to the emergency room.  i went to the urologist when i was in the extreme pain and he sent me to the ER immediately.  i would say definitely get some more opinions on this.  after being so sick, i realize how important your health is!

Hey, I went to the doctor on Monday and what she said is that I have a skenitis or however you spell it. It is an infection but it is an infection that was caused by the skene gland being blocked. She said something about the urethra not really sure what but yeah that was something I was worried about (the infection spreading). What did your doctor give you to get better and how long did it take for it to go away. Thank you so much for responding to my post.

hi, i dont want to alarm you by my comment....but, i had similar pain a few weeks ago.  turned out i had a kidney infection.  i got a UTI with almost no symptoms so i didnt seek to treat it.  the infection traveled to my kidney and caused a really bad infection.  i was hospitalized.  do you have a fever?  thats a sure sign of infection.  i am fine now, but if it is an infection you should have it checked out ASAP.  just go to the doctor to be sure.
