You could take a pregnancy test now, but if your period just ended would probably be more accurate to test in another week or more. The patch is a good thing for preventing pregnancy, but what are you doing to prevent STDs? You might do yourself a big favor to use both the patch and condoms -- no risk of illness that way, and for the times when you have been a little off on your patch replacement like this one, you won't have to worry either. And please don't tell me your boyfriend won't use condoms. If he wants sex, he'll use condoms. If he says that is a deal-breaker on being a boyfriend, he's not worth it.
