What does Lower abdominal pain, vaginal discharge, and bathroom pain have in common?

On the 14th of March I started having tan/brown vaginal discharge but there was no pain of any kind it was just discharge. A few days after that started I began to get horrible lower abdominal pain, to the point that if I sat up I would throw up. Then I started my period but it only lasted two days and it was /very/ heavy. After that the discharge started again, but it also became a bit painful to wipe myself. Now I think I might be getting a rash on a viginal lips, and right at the point that they meet I have very intense pain when I try to wipe myself. I also have a lump around my anus, and pain when using the bathroom.

I have been to a doctor but she didnt know what was wrong, I am being sent to a urologyst But I dont think that it is a bladder problem.

At the time when I went to the doctor it was only discharge and pain, so she doesnt know about the rash and the lumps! Should I go back to the doctor so that she knows my new symtomes?
Please help, this had been going on for a month now, I feel horrible, I cant even think right anymore because the pain is so horrible.
