What is going on? Please................

I'm 26 years old....I started having a heavy discharge a couple days ago it's clear (normal?) Also I started cramping and they are getting more painful. My lowerback is also starting to hurt. I already had my period for the month, I'm not due to start until the 15th of Feb. I started having very sharp pains on the left side where my ovary is. My breast are tender also and a little swollen, it feels like I'm fixing to start but it's to soon. Also feels like it did when I was pregnant(have 2 kids) I had my tubes tied, cut, burned and partially removed 2 years ago.I don't have any burning or itching so I don't think it's a yeast infection. The discharge has gotten heavier to the point I am having to wear a pad. Anyone's help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Some women have really bad pain in the ovarian area during ovulation.  A heavy d/c is common, but shouldn't last too long.  Just means you're a "fertile myrtle".  With your tubal, you shouldn't be preg.  You should still ovulate, the egg just can't get through.  A cyst might cause your pain to be stronger.  Wouldn't hurt to have a doc check you if it persists.

if i were you , i would see my obgyn and ask them to do an ultrasound because i had symptoms like yours and now i have a cyst in my ovary that needs to be removed. that doesnt mean thats your case, but to be on the safe side, ask them to be checked.
