What is on my thighs and inner creases of my vagina?

I'm 21 years old and after having my baby I started getting bubble like sacs I guess in the crease of my butt cheecks and thighs . They are abit dark and red , they do not have a head on them as if a pimple you were like to pop and are about an inch long . If I am able to pop them or squeeze anything out it's usually puss and blood . I don't know what they are but I also get them on my butcheeks kind of up my but crack and they are very painful I'm not sure what they are or what I can do . Or all the weiggt gain from during and after my pregnancy
