I preface this with "you should see your gynocologist anyway."  This could be an external yeast infection. Some women have a sensitivity to yeast in their digestive system.  The yeast produces there and sets up camp on the external tissue whey you have a BM.  The thing is, your gyno may leave this undiagnosed because it can appear without the "traditional" yeast infection issues like discharge, odor, etc.  Clotrimazol cream used profilactally can help.  And as a quick fix to find out if this is the case, it won't hurt.  Also, reducing some of the processed sugars and bread in your diet can help too.  If this is the case.  It was with me.

Oooh, not too sure.  Usually a uti burns when you pee and you have a terrible urge, can burn when you aren't peeing too, but usually starts when you have to pee and you burn and ache after.  It can also make you nauseous and achy.  Could be though, but I would call your Dr. or get in to be seen, could be something else if the burning was present before you are peeing and if it's in the rectal area too sounds like it's probably something else.  Hope you feel better soon.
