dont wait for a uti to turn into something more. drink a lot of water if you like cranberry juice that can help but for medicinal purposes go to a healthfood store one chain that is typically available is fred meyers and buy "just cranberry" the sugar in other cranberry juices can make a uti much worse. also avoid sugar. i have a background in alternative medicine. if it doesnt improve go to your dr. Or just go to your dr. you dont need to suffer needlessly
UTI typically burn when you urinate and you always have this strong urge that theres something more that has to come out. Usually you'll urinate and then five minutes later run back to the bathroom and only a small squirt will come out. It always hurts like hell after you urinate, also your pee may be cloudy. If you think you have a uti, you can drink only watered down cranberry juice throughout most of the day. If it gets worse though it can spread to your kidney and cause an unbearable pain on your lower right side. If this happens your doctor will most like prescribe trimethoprim which clears everything in about 10 days, but you'd be pain free within 3. Hope this helps.
Well if your Mom doesn't believe you about not being pregnant than ask her to buy you a home pregnancy test to prove it to her. As for UTI I have no experience with that, you should go see your doctor
well I am just scared because my mother is having a hard time believing i am not pregnant and shes trying to come up with ideas of what could be happening. but i have been stressed a lot lately, and probably have gained a little weight since school got out.
on a side note though, i might have a uti. i have had to urinate a lot lately, sometimes less than usual, sometimes more. i do not understand it.
If you stress over not getting a period you will actually delay your period even longer, just relax, spotting can be totally normal between periods...if you are still concerned than you should go talk with you doctor but I think you shouldn't worry about it....lots of things delay your period, stress, weight gain, emotions, eating habits
