What the Hell!

I'm absolutely appalled that so many women are having this problem and no one can find a decent answer. My fissures are ruining my relationship with my boyfriend. He thinks that I tear because I mentally do not want to have sex with him when really I'm just scared of ripping again. Why is this such a common problem now? Have women always had this problem and just not talked about it? It must be something in the food or the air. All I know is that I'm tired of paying countless copay fees for a mere referral, advice that doesn't work, or treatments that are temporary. These forums are reassuring to know that so many people have the same problem, but it's also quite discouraging that no one has found a decent cure.
