Whats wrong ?

Okay, Last month I had my period and when I got off my period I douched like I do every month after my period. Well one night me and my boyfriend where having sex and when he got off me so we could switch positions this dark color of blood was all over our sheets, him, and me. It had the most foul odor I had ever smelt. I smelt as almost it was something dead. However, during my period that month I was on my period I had put in a tampon and somehow the string was stuck extremely far up in my and when I went to pull it out I didn't feel the string so I assumed I had forgotten to put one in. So I stuck another one in then when I changed tampons again I realized I had two in me. So I dunno if the fact I had two tampons in me, or the fact that I douched so many times when i smelt that odor caused this but I have had my next period and the foul odor is still there and I bleed after sex. And I know there is no way i can have an STD because me and my boyfriend have only been with each other. So has anyone ever had this happen before ? If so what's wrong with me?????????

I forgot to say this before - stop douching unless your doctor prescribes a ******!!  Douching only forces bacteria that is supposed to be on your skin into the upper reproductive tract and can cause infection or make an existing one worse.  I know it is hard, but don't use scented products, sprays or non-medicated scent wipes either - they can all increase the irritation and make your situation worse.

You can also get pelvic inflammatory disease from something like that, and it certainly sounds like you have an infection.  You need to go to the doctor ASAP.  This is something that could impact your fertility and increase your chances of ectopic pregnancy.
