White lump on clitoris?

I have a small white(ish) coloured lump on my clitoris, just under the hood. I've never had sex or anything like that. I've had it for a very long time, it doesn't hurt unless I try to squeeze it, and I don't know what it is. I'm quite worried about what it could be. Any suggestions?

I'm wondering what your outcome was. I have had something like that for anywhere from months to years. Ever since I last unthinkingly "messed" with it, it has been sore and itchy on and off. Not long ago it started giving me sensations which I think cause me to pee more often than normal.

I went to a urogynecologist for that reason; the peeing thing. He said he was the wrong person to go to but did a bladder exam quickly, said it was fine. Then took a look and handed me a card for a gynecological oncologist. He said I may as well go right to someone who can tell me what this is.

I'm scared naturally. Vulval cancer is rare as cancers go, but rare is not non-existent.  I'm 45.  I read most of these cancers are in women older than myself, and most of those are not on the clitoris. So lucky me if it turns out to be bad eh?

Either way, someone is going to mess with that part of me. Not looking forward to this.
