White objects in urine

I've had an odd thing happening for the past couple of days. When I urinate, I notice a white residue in the bottom of the toilet. Sometimes the residue is spherical in shape.

I'm a 29 year old female, in a monogamous relationship (just to rule out STI's) in good health.

I have no other symptoms. No pain while urinating, no burning or itching either.

I googled this and a yeast infection or UTI came up frequently, but I feel completely fine. I've had a  yeast infection and a UTI before and I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms or discomfort that accompanies those infections.

I have started a new vitamin regime which includes a multivitamin, B12, Biotin and Omega3s. I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

Any insight would be completely helpful.

I'm not a dr. but I'll tell you my experience.  I started taking a B6 vitamin (supposed to help with period/conceiving) and after about a month of this I noticed the "white stuff" floating as well after I Pee'd.  I looked it up what I found was that it was the excess.  What I mean is when I took the B6 Vitamin, my body expelled what I didn't absorb, if that makes sense.  It's nothing to worry about...I also noticed that after I quit taking it..they went away.  I hope this helps!

Well, drinking water helped me, but it can be the early sign of kidney stones. And taking in too much calcium can affect it. but if it goes on any longer, go to your doctor.

Thanks for your replay, Kayla.

Do you mind me asking what the doctor said cause the calcium deposits in the urine?

I had the same issue when I was 15. The doctor said it was calcium deposits. It's not good. If it goes on any longer, I suggest you go to the doctor. Only they can actually diagnose you with something lol
