Whole body edema, lympadenitis, leg pain. Can someone help me find the cause?

Anyone have an idea what could cause the following symptoms? Bladder incontinence, lymphadenitis, leg pain in the back of the calf to the heel, full body edema, bleeding postmenopausally? I don't know if the symptoms are related some way or if my entire body is suddenly falling apart. I'd appreciate any help.
