Why I don't want sex any more???

I'm a 24 yo female and I've always had a high sex drive until recently. I have a serious bf and we have a good relationship. We spend lots of time together, have fun and never fight or anything. We started up with a very active sex life and we would have sex up to 4 times a day and that was everyday! We've been together for only 3 months and now I feel like I don't want sex at all. One thing to mention is that I have had this veginal infection for the last couple of months and it never seemed to heal, it hurts when I have sex and sometimes a lot. I could imagine I may be psychologically affected by this and equate sex with pain so do not want it but physically I don't feel like it either, I mean I don't get turned on at all by his touching or kissing. This happened recently and before this I was always a horny person and wet all the time. Now I feel like I can live without sex for ever. I dont know why this is because something is wrong with my relationship or my bf is not doing the right thing or something wrong with me.
I feel bad because my bf wants me and I can't keep rejecting him. Help please!
