I am 38 years old and I just had a miscarriage. I was 13 weeks and the baby stoped growing at 10. I wasn't triying at the time I thought if it happens, it happens.  But know that I was pregant for three months, the loss is unbearable.  I wanted the baby so much.  I was so happy.  I asked my doctor what to do because I want to be pregant know.  Although I know it is unreal, I want my baby back.  Or another. I am going to keep on trying and my doctor is going to do some test next month to check my fertility.  I didn't need any drugs before, but I feel so desperate that I would do anything to get pregant again. Any advice.

sometimes it is as simple as checking ur ovulation and trying around that time. u can get ovulation strips and check ur ovulation day, usually early morning urine ( since it is concentrated). since u already have a child, and it is a very good sign that both you and your partner are healthy enough to have a baby. now it might be just the timing. i am very hopefull that u can have a baby in a couple of month of trying. if that doesn't happen, then there's no harm to see a gynacologist and get some tests done...maybe there's something new going on, and hopefully can easily be fixed...take care and Good Luck.

yes, there's a pill, "clomid" your OB/GYN can write you that pill. you'll take it on your cycle day 3, till day 5, then you'll check your ovulation with the help of ovulation strips. then when ur LH surge is high on the strips, u can try for next 36 hours...but that's when u know that u r not ovulating...and u don't know that right?

but u know there are a couple of  test for you and for your partner before they can decide if you need a pill or not...maybe it's just bad timing and u r missing ur ovulation, or maybe its not u, its ur partner..they'll probably get his sperm count check as well...

Good luck

Well I have 1 child and I am trying to get pregant so that way I can have another child. I had a m/c last year and ever since then I am trying to get pregnant but no luck. It is really driving me crazy because I would like to have another one really bad. I am so excited but it depresses me everytime that it seems that it doens't come through.

It could be something as simple as wrong timing.  I would start trying on CD 9 and try every other day until CD 20 or so.  You might also went to get your DH's sperm analysis done.  Good luck and hang in there!

Well i certainly would not give up!  We do get less fertile as we age, maybe that is why it was so much easier with the other two!  Give it more time girl, keep at it, maybe when you least expect it!  Don't put so much pressure on yourself!
