Why did I have my period twice this month?

I usually masturbate once or twice a week and I had my period two weeks ago. Today I masturbated three times for the first time ever, and now I think I had my period for the second time this month. The blood is less than my normal period blood but the reason I'm sure it's my period and not just blood because I have cramps. So what's the reason behind that?

Hi there.  Not sure.  Perhaps it is old blood left over.  What is important is not 'how many times in a month' you have a period but rather how many days in between.  If this is much shorter than when you normally get your period, then it could be spotting, left over old blood, etc.   :>)  Good luck and talk to your mom if your period continues to be irregular.

Hi. It lasted for one day only, then it was all regular. Should I still be worried?
