Why do I get recurrent boil on my right vagina labia?

I keep getting recurrent boil on my right vagina labia for the past three years. The doctor said unless it is incised and drained, it will keep on coming. I was incised for the 4th occurring boil and less than a month, another boil appeared again at the same place. My problem is why do I have such a problem and why does it occur at the same place everytime. My Herpes result tested positive and I'm very cautious to keep the place neat because i was told by the doctor it can be an infection. I'm tired of taking antibiotics everytime and tired of feeling embarrassed every time I'm hospitalised because everyone knows it is this sickness. I never had sex before so why should I be going through this especially when it is affecting my normal life
