Why do I get so many bladder infections?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot, please redirect me if I'm wrong.
I'm sixteen years old and I have gotten at least two bladder infections every year of my life, I've followed every thing the doctor tells me to do; I'm a virgin, I wipe correctly, I take cranberry vitamins everyday, I wear cotton underwear, I go when I have to go, the only thing I lack on is getting the correct amount of fluids at times, all off this and I continue to get infections.  But there is one more thing I was thinking might cause infections, I have a larger Labia Minora than usual (Everyone's is different), could this be the cause of my frequent infections?  If so, is there anything I can do about it?  If not, what's wrong with me?

Try drinking cranberry juice.  The liquid will help you with the liquids-at-the-right-time issue, and the fresh cranberry is probably a LOT more effective than cranberry tablets.  If you have access to particularly good medical care (i.e., good insurance), I would ask your regular doctor for a referral to a specialist (would it be a urologist?) and see if they can tell you more than the advice you have been getting.
