Why do i have lumps inside my vagina?

I have noticed that i have lumps inside my vagina. They are only on the right side, near the very front. The other side is completly smooth. They are hard, and they almost come to the outside. Behind them it is soft.

I have only had sex with one person. So i dont know if it could be an STD?! Or a disease?! I have been to the docter before, but not for this problem from taking medication.

I have noticed these lumps a while ago. But i dont remember exactly when.

Please help me out with this problem, i don't know if i should go to the docter or what?!
